How long before my petty gets here?

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days because apparently patience is part of the purchase. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking so you can refresh that page 47 times a day like the rest of us.

We know you want your petty immediately. Unfortunately, teleportation wasn’t included in the shipping budget.

What if my order shows up wrong, broken, or acting brand new?

First, don’t cuss us out yet. Give us a chance to fix it. 😂

Email tawanda@iamjasmyne.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a quick explanation of what went sideways.

If we messed up, we’ll make it right. Because we’re petty, not raggedy.

How can I give y’all my money?
